Basket Brigade Delivers Thanksgiving to Bello Machre
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND: Local businessman, Steven Dannenmann, collected donations and orchestrated the purchase, assembly, and distribution of 54 Thanksgiving baskets to Bello Machre homes throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The Baltimore Power Team’s Basket Brigade consists of local business owners and community volunteers. “For the third year in a row now, Bello Machre is so fortunate to have a friend like Steve who consistently gives back to his community,” Dr. Robert Ireland, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bello Machre, commented.
This marked the fifth annual Basket Brigade for the Baltimore Power Team organization, who assembled and delivered over 200 baskets in the Baltimore Metropolitan area this Thanksgiving. They are affiliated with the Tony Robbins organization that feeds over two million family’s across the world during the Thanksgiving Holiday.
With the help of David Huff of Glen Burnie Rentals, who donated a U-Haul Truck to help the effort in delivering baskets as well as many of Steve’s friends, Steve Dannenmann, Cathy and Karen Kamosa, Loren Hammer, Troy Wiggington, Ron and Kimberly Kelch, Megan Early, Dawn, Michael, and Amanda Lucarelli, Chris McCoy, Mike Cessanaro, Susan Riggins, Jeffrey Novak, and George Hughes, 54 of those baskets were delivered to Bello Machre homes throughout Anne Arundel County. Each basket, packed and wrapped in a large laundry tub, contained a true Thanksgiving feast – turkey, potatoes, stuffing, rolls, fresh vegetables, condiments, and pumpkin pie. Steve commented, “I’m honored to be associated with the Basket Brigade and know that Bello Machre is an outstanding and deserving organization.”
