Bello Machre Named 2025 Beneficiary of Art in the Park Community Festival

Maryland – (August 14th, 2025) — Bello Machre is proud to announce its selection as the 2025 beneficiary of Art in the Park, an annual community celebration hosted by Café Mezzanotte and the Severna Park Voice. The event will take place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Café Mezzanotte (760 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD).
Now in its fifth year, Art in the Park is a vibrant indoor/outdoor festival celebrating creativity in all its forms. Attendees can expect live music, local art, food, and opportunities to support Bello Machre’s mission of providing a lifetime of loving care and meaningful opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.
This year’s event highlights include:
- Live music from Ahmed Warshanna’s ISHTA featuring special guest Gracie Jay
- Art exhibits from local artists and galleries
- A Wine Garden featuring beer and cocktails
- An All-You-Can-Eat Gourmet Picnic
- Interactive opportunities to learn about and support Bello Machre

Proceeds from Art in the Park 2025 will directly support Bello Machre’s programs across Maryland, helping to fund residential and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

About Bello Machre
Bello Machre, founded in 1972, means Home of My Heart in Gaelic. It is a nonprofit organization with offices in Anne Arundel and Carroll Counties, Maryland, providing a lifetime of loving care, beautiful wheelchair-accessible homes, and personalized support to people with developmental disabilities.
Many individuals live in Bello Machre’s 50+ community homes across Central Maryland. The organization also provides Personal Supports Services, Respite Care, and Meaningful Day Services, including employment and community-based opportunities. Its Ray of Hope Program assists with expenses like therapy, adaptive equipment, and camps.
Bello Machre empowers people with developmental disabilities to live life to the fullest—with dignity, purpose, and connection.
