Dr. Robert T. Ireland
President & CEO
Dr. Ireland has devoted his life to the service of others and is a leader within the non-profit field. As Bello Machre’s President & CEO for over 40 years, he helped build our organization from the ground up. His compassion and commitment to making the best life possible for people with developmental disabilities is evident in the growth and success of Bello Machre.
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Julie Provan has been in the field of supporting people with developmental disabilities for 25 years and has been a part of Bello Machre for over 15 years. As Vice President & COO, Julie oversees Bello Machre’s operations and services to ensure we are fulfilling our mission of providing a lifetime of loving care to people with developmental disabilities.
Chief Financial Officer
Lana Slobodyanik has been a part of Bello Machre for over 21 years and has been in the accounting field for 33 years. Lana is a CPA and, as Bello Machre’s Chief Financial Officer, ensures Bello Machre’s financial stability by overseeing our finances and coordinating funding sources.
Chief Services Officer
Randon Bittings has been in the field of supporting people with developmental disabilities for 15 years and has been a part of Bello Machre for over 12 years. As Chief Services Officer, Randon oversees our Residential Services, Support Services, and Meaningful Day Program in Carroll County as well as our Residential Services in Anne Arundel County.
Director of Community Services
Charlie Im has worked in the developmental disabilities field for 10 years and has been a part of Bello Machre for four years. As Director of Community Services, Charlie oversees our Personal Supports Services and Meaningful Day Services in Anne Arundel County.
Director of Development
Tracy Lynott has been a part of the Bello Machre family for over 20 years. As Director of Development, Tracy oversees all Bello Machre’s fundraising efforts, internal and external communications, planned giving program, and major events.
Director of Human Resources
Kimberly McClearn worked in Human Services for 16 years and in the Human Resources field for over three years before joining Bello Machre in 2020. She holds an MBA from Cambridge College. As Director of Human Resources, Kimberly ensures the implementation of Bello Machre’s mission and talent strategy.
Director of Maintenance Services
Mike Watts has been a part of the Bello Machre family for over 30 years. As Director of Maintenance, Mike ensures our office facilities and community homes are safe and beautiful for the people we support and our staff.
Quality Services Director
Tricia Timmons has been a part of the Bello Machre family for over 15 years. She holds a BBA from Strayer University. As Director of Quality Assurance, Tricia oversees Bello Machre’s initiative of improving the quality of care throughout all service programs (Residential and Community Services).
Director of Marketing & Outreach
Lindsey Norris has worked in the service sector for over 10 years as a teacher and has been a part of the Bello Machre family for three years. As Director of Marketing & Outreach, Lindsey oversees Bello Machre’s messaging and communication efforts through print and social media, the website, and local community outreach initiatives.
