About Randon
Randon Bittings has worked in the field of supporting people with developmental disabilities for 20 years and has been a valued member of the Bello Machre family for more than 15 years. As Chief Services Officer, Randon oversees Bello Machre’s Residential Services and Community Services across Anne Arundel and Carroll counties, helping ensure the organization continues to provide exceptional, person-centered supports for the people it serves.
Throughout her career, Randon has believed that a provider is only as good as the care it provides. She is passionate about supporting the employees, department leaders, and community partners who make that possible every day, helping them provide the tools, guidance, and support people need to achieve their goals and dreams. She believes great care starts with great people working together.
Randon is committed to ensuring compassionate, high-quality care remains at the heart of everything Bello Machre does. Through her leadership, she helps strengthen services, support employees, and create opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
