About Tracy
Tracy Lynott has been a valued member of the Bello Machre family for more than 25 years. As Director of Development, she leads the organization’s fundraising efforts, planned giving program, and donor engagement initiatives, helping secure the resources that make Bello Machre’s mission possible.
Although her career began with a background in business and communications, Tracy found her calling in the nonprofit sector through a willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new opportunities. Over the past 25 years, she has helped build and strengthen Bello Machre’s fundraising and planned giving programs while cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners who share a passion for supporting people with developmental disabilities.
Tracy is dedicated to connecting individuals and organizations with opportunities to make a lasting impact. Through her leadership, she helps ensure Bello Machre can continue providing a lifetime of loving care, guidance, and opportunities for the people and families it serves while fostering a strong culture of philanthropy and community support.
