About Chris
Chris Engler has dedicated more than 10 years to supporting people with developmental disabilities and joined Bello Machre in 2023. As Director of Community Services for Anne Arundel County, Chris oversees programs that empower individuals to build independence, develop meaningful relationships, and actively participate in their communities.
Before joining Bello Machre, Chris gained extensive experience across day, residential, and employment services, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs of the people and families the organization serves. He was drawn to Bello Machre by its reputation for providing exceptional care and has found a team that shares his passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Chris is committed to expanding opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and helping each person reach their fullest potential. Through his leadership, he strives to ensure every individual is supported with compassion, respect, and the resources they need to achieve their personal goals.
