About Julie
Julie Provan has dedicated more than 30 years to supporting people with developmental disabilities and has been a valued member of the Bello Machre team for over 19 years. As Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Julie oversees Bello Machre’s operations and services, helping ensure the organization continues to fulfill its mission of providing a lifetime of loving care, guidance, and opportunities for the people and families it serves.
Throughout her career, Julie has been driven by a passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. She believes the connections she has formed with the individuals, families, employees, and community partners she has worked alongside have shaped her just as much as the support she has provided. This people-first philosophy continues to guide her leadership and commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered services.
Julie is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and inclusion across Bello Machre. Through her leadership, she helps ensure the organization continues to provide high-quality services while creating opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
