Todd Bonney has been supporting people with developmental disabilities since 2006 and has been a valued member of the Bello Machre family for over five years. As Director of Community Services for Bello Machre’s Western Region, Todd oversees Community Services programs throughout Carroll County, helping individuals build independence, pursue their goals, and live meaningful lives within their communities.
Throughout his career, Todd has been passionate about creating innovative, person centered supports that empower people to achieve their goals. He believes meaningful progress comes from fostering growth for the people Bello Machre supports, employees, community partners, and the broader disability community. His commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and human dignity continues to guide his leadership.
