Advocate of the Month – Kendra Baldwin

Congratulations to Kendra Baldwin on being our Advocate of the Month for November!

She is a shining example of the positive impact one person can have in making the world a better place for those in need.”

Kendra finds her work incredibly rewarding, sharing, “Seeing individuals reach their employment goals is an amazing feeling. I’m grateful for the support I receive from the families we serve, and I love working with people from all walks of life. Each individual has unique skills and talents that can be an asset to many employers, and I’m passionate about helping them find meaningful employment based on their strengths. Plus, no two days are the same—I get to train and assist individuals across various career fields.”

In her two years at Bello Machre, Kendra has formed strong bonds with the individuals she supports, always going the extra mile to ensure they succeed. It’s because of compassionate and committed team members like Kendra that Bello Machre can make a difference every day.
