Help us Make Our Next House a home
At Bello Machre, we change lives — and we turn houses into homes. Each year, we open two to three group homes in response to the growing need for safe and loving homes that are fully-wheelchair accessible for people with developmental disabilities.
These new homes require a tremendous amount of resources, from procuring household items – including dishes, bedding, towels, lamps, and furniture – to setting up the kitchen, hanging blinds, washing linens, and making beds. There’s so much to do to make the people we support feel right at home!
Help directly through Amazon
If you want to help in these efforts, choose a group home below, visit its Amazon wishlist, and purchase items to furnish the house. Your purchased items will be sent directly to that home.
If you’re interested in volunteering to help set up and decorate one of our new group homes, or if you have questions about our gift registries, please contact Alexis Jaynes, Special Events & Volunteer Coordinator, via email or at 443-702-3064.
