Bello Machre announces SCLogic as its Every Step Counts Co-Presenting Sponsor.
Anne Arundel County, MD. – April 26, 2024 – Bello Machre, a Maryland-based non-profit organization providing supports and services for people with developmental disabilities, announces SCLogic will be a Presenting Sponsor for the upcoming 33rd Every Step Counts event. Led by Mike Saldi, SCLogic donates $25,000 towards Bello Machre’s annual walk and bike ride event.
“Bello Machre plays a vital role in supporting families within our community,” shares Mike Saldi, SCLogic CEO. “Each day, they make long-term commitments to care for new residents, often spanning decades. With over 50 homes in our community, Bello Machre relies on local businesses for both employment opportunities for residents and financial backing to sustain their mission. The SCLogic team is wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting this cause.”
Every Step Counts is an annual Walk & Bike Ride event to benefit Bello Machre’s mission of providing a lifetime of loving care, guidance, and opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Participants can walk or bike at two locations – Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland, and Manchester Valley High School in Manchester (Carroll County), Maryland.

The Annapolis-based software company even provides employment opportunities to those receiving services at Bello Machre. In addition, Mike Saldi, CEO of SCLogic, sits on Bello Machre’s Board of Directors as Vice Chair, where he provides meaningful stewardship over the nonprofit’s strategic decision-making.
“Mike Saldi and the entire team at SCLogic are so important to our mission,” explains Dr. Robert Ireland, President & CEO of Bello Machre. “Their enthusiasm for making a difference and continued advocacy has had such a profound impact on the lives of the people we support.”
