Bello Machre’s 42nd Annual Golf Tournament Raises $127,000

GLEN BURNIE, Md. — October 2, 2026 — Bello Machre welcomed a sold-out field of 146 golfers, along with sponsors, volunteers, and friends, to Queenstown Harbor on Wednesday, September 16, for its annual Golf Tournament. Together, the Bello Machre community helped raise more than $127,000 in support of people with developmental disabilities and their families.

Each year, the tournament brings together longtime supporters and new friends for a day on the course, but its impact reaches far beyond golf. Funds raised through the event help Bello Machre provide a lifetime of loving care and create opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to grow, experience greater independence, build meaningful relationships, and be active members of their communities.

At the heart of Bello Machre’s mission is a simple belief: every person deserves the opportunity to love and be loved. The generosity shown through the Golf Tournament helps make that belief a reality every day for the people and families Bello Machre is honored to support.
