Dr. Ireland has devoted his life to the service of others and is a leader within the non-profit field. As Bello Machre’s President & CEO for over 40 years, he helped build our organization from the ground up. His compassion and commitment to making the best life possible for people with developmental disabilities is evident in the growth and success of Bello Machre.
Julie Provan

Julie Provan has been in the field of supporting people with developmental disabilities for 25 years and has been a part of Bello Machre for over 15 years. As Vice President & COO, Julie oversees Bello Machre’s operations and services to ensure we are fulfilling our mission of providing a lifetime of loving care to people with developmental disabilities.
Lana Slobodyanik

Lana Slobodyanik has been a part of Bello Machre for over 21 years and has been in the accounting field for 33 years. Lana is a CPA and, as Bello Machre’s Chief Financial Officer, ensures Bello Machre’s financial stability by overseeing our finances and coordinating funding sources.

Randon Bittings has been in the field of supporting people with developmental disabilities for 15 years and has been a part of Bello Machre for over 12 years. As Chief Services Officer, Randon oversees our Residential Services, Support Services, and Meaningful Day Program in Carroll County as well as our Residential Services in Anne Arundel County.

Tracy Lynott has been a part of the Bello Machre family for over 20 years. As Director of Development, Tracy oversees all Bello Machre’s fundraising efforts, planned giving program, and major events.

Diana Ackermann has been a leader in Human Resources for over 25 years. As Director of Human Resources, Diana is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.

Mike Watts has been a part of the Bello Machre family for over 30 years. As Director of Maintenance, Mike ensures our office facilities and community homes are safe and beautiful for the people we support and our staff.

Tricia Timmons has been a part of the Bello Machre family for over 15 years. She holds a BBA from Strayer University. As Director of Quality Assurance, Tricia oversees Bello Machre’s initiative of improving the quality of care throughout all service programs (Residential and Community Services).

Todd Bonney has been working with people with disabilities since 2006 and has been with Bello Machre for over five years. As Bello Machre’s Western Region’s Director of Community Services, Todd oversees the development and operations of the Support Services and Meaningful Day programs in Carroll County.
Hunter Jackson

Hunter Jackson began his career with Bello Machre in 2021 with specialization in social media management and video production. As Bello Machre’s Marketing Director, Hunter coordinates all marketing campaigns, digital content, and branding.
