A Message from Dr. Ireland & Julie Provan

“Why not me?” It was a simple yet powerful question that sparked Joe’s journey to greater independence. For years, he watched staff prepare meals for him and his housemates. One day, he realized he could do it himself. That moment of curiosity and determination is what drives so many of the people we support.

For Jackson, it meant stepping into a meaningful job and gaining skills and confidence with each workday. For Sharon, it meant saying yes to new adventures, celebrating her 70th birthday with experiences she never thought possible. For Stephanie, it means taking bold steps both figuratively and literally, moving toward greater freedom.

Each of these moments reflects the heart of Bello Machre’s mission—empowering people to live full, meaningful lives. With new programs, growing services, and a strong foundation of community support, we continue to build opportunities, provide life-changing care, and create a future filled with possibility.
